Provence

I’ve always dreamed of going to Provence, and this year I made it happen with three good friends.  It started with finding the best location in the region to rent a house and travel around the area.  We decided on a beautiful château located in Bonnieux.  The house and the location were magical.  Every morning we would wake up to the most amazing French breakfast, made from local ingredients.  After our breakfast, we would start our journey around the region.  One day it was town hopping around towns like Gordes and St Rèmy.  Then on to a longer adventure to the Gorge du Verdon National Park, where we got lost.  We didn’t mind it so much because the views were spectacular.  Our last adventure was to the picturesque seaside town of Cassis, where we enjoyed a dip in the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean.  It was the best time to be in Provence, the weather was beautiful, and we beat the throve of tourists. The food was fresh and delicious wherever you ate.  It is worth the flight, train ride, and car trip from Kuwait.
